Test Team members: who should they be?

The ideal team would include:

• a designer;
• usability specialist;
• evaluating specialist;
• technical communicators;
• trainers, marketing, and;
• customer assistance personnel.

If the funding or personnel are not available then minimal testing with fewer testers is better than no testing at all.
