1.3  Anticipated Users:

                    Describe the general characteristics of the users who will use this system.
 
 
 
 

                    Determine which of the above characteristics are relevant for this system.
 
 
 
 

                    Identify what experience and/or background knowledge the users are expected to have with
                    this system and/or other systems.
 
 
 
 

1.4  User's Initial Goals:

                    List the goals the user is likely to form when starting the task.
 
 
 
 

                    List any relevant goal structures they are likely to have.
 
 
 

                    List the percentage of users who are likely to have both the initial goal and structures
                    listed above.
