To prevent the loss of team feeling generally associated with de-centralized
organization, you need to actively promote the "team" attitude.
Additionally, a well functioning team is a basic premise for an effective
group. Here are some suggestions for fostering the team attitude:

Encourage team members who are working on specific projects to consult and
discuss any issues or problems being dealt with on their project with other
members of the human factors team. Make it clear that asking for help
