- Basic textbook that covers the entire usability

installation and follow-up studies. This book focuses on
the practical methods that can be applied at each step
with a particular emphasis on "discount usability
engineering" methods that can be used despite the
most severe deadlines and budget restraints. Table

- This is the book on usability testing. Jeffery
Rubin has done an excellent job in describing the many
facets of usability testing. The book is full of great
examples. I have borrowed heavily from this work.
A must read before, during and after any usability test.
